1.  Download the FormMAX Filler program for the "Forms" section of www.specialcoop.com

2.  Naviagate to where you downloaded the file and "double click on the acrofiller icon".

3. Then next screen you will see is the one below.  Press "OK" here.  Do not worry about the message.

4.  The next step is a welcome screen.  Press "Next" here.

5.  Next, you must accept the license agreement.  Press "Yes" here.

6.  Next, you choose a destination to install the program.  Please do not change this.  Simply press "Next".

7.  Then, you choose a program folder to add icons to.  Please do not change this.  Simply press "Next".

8.  At this point the program will install, when it is finished you will see the following screen.  Press "Finish".

9.  Now, to ensure the program functions properly when attempting to open forms you must immediately open

the program from the start menu.  Click "Start" on your windows desktop.

Please note, depending upon your version of windows your

start button make look slightly different from the one above.

10.  The you will want to find "FormMAX Filler" in the program menu.  Then click on "FormMAX Filler 3.5" to open the program.

11.  FormMAX Filler is now successfully installed and you should be able to access all forms on the CoOp website successfully.
